LDEO CONTRACTS AND GRANTS DEADLINES FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

NOTE : The Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) has a policy requiring the submission of proposals at least five (5) days before they are due at the prospective funding agency. This advance lead-time allows LDEO Contracts & Grants and SPA to properly review your proposal, ensure that all necessary elements are addressed, and that specific University and agency requirements are met. Proposals are processed in the order received. SPA guarantees on-time delivery of your proposal **if it is received 5 or more days before it is due and if it is "accompanied" by a completed, finalized, electronically signed PropTrak form**.Proposals received with less than 5 days notice are, of course, processed, but we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Proposals are sent out 2nd day express.  If overnight delivery is necessary the cost of shipping will need to be covered by the department.  An institutional account number will need to be provided at the time of submission.
