Accounting and Reporting at Columbia (ARC) is the new official financial system of the university.  To gain access to ARC, you must submit a request using the Financial System Security Application.  Lamont's Department Access Administrator is Edith Miller who must review and approval your request.  The most common access requested:

Financial Online Reporting

Payroll Accounting Distribution (PAD)

Procurement Card (PCard)

Online training is required.  Knowledge assessments must be passed with a score of 90 or higher.
