LDEO mail server configuration change.

There will be a 15-20 minute period sometime between 2:00AM and 5:00 AM Tuesday, Nov 18th, 2008 when you will not be able to send mail. We will be making a configuration change and upgrading software relating to sending mail. Reading mail will not be affected. Delivery of some mail may be delayed.
