Web connectivity has been restored.

The UPS, that powered our web stack, completely collapsed on Monday around 6:30pm.  This caused the shutdown of our web infrastructure completely.  The lamont website, tomcat server, webapp server, and personal/projects websites were unavailable until 10pm.   The web  connectivity has been restored.   We will look into a new UPS replacement tomorrow morning.
