The M.A. Program in Climate and Society is a 12-month interdisciplinary Master of Arts program that trains professionals and academics to understand and cope with the impacts of climate variability and climate change on society and the environment. During the online information session perspective students will have the opportunity to learn about the program and ask questions. Call in details will be provided to those who RSVP.

The briefing, delivered by the IRI's Chief Climate Forecaster Tony Barnston, explains the upcoming IRI ENSO forecast and seasonal climate (precipitation, temperature) forecast. Tony will also discuss the implications of the forecast on society around the globe, and the probabilities and skills of the current forecast.
