Meteorological data were collected at different locations over periods
of time from 3 to 7 months. Since the sensors are attached to the same
buoy, the moored-sensor and meteorological data have the same location
and time duration. There are 9 variables in each file : year_day,
temperature, etc. Each datum at that hour's record is actually the
average value of that variable measured over that hour.
