Workshop Summary

On October 5 and 6,  we convened the "2006 Logging symposium: past achievements and future directions", co-sponsored  by the LDEO Laboratory for Ocean Drilling, Observation, and Sampling (LODOS) and the IODP U.S. Implementing Organization.  The symposium was held at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory and was attended by 35 scientists from international organizations involved in downhole logging research.  See presentations for a list of the symposium subjects.
