Figure 8: Comparison of Manzshir Hiid Spring (February through July) and Urgun Nars summer (June through August) precipitation reconstructions. The reconstructions are smoothed over 25 years to emphasize low frequency fluctuations.

Both reconstructions are in general agreement during the 1900s. There are some differences, especially in the mid to late 1800s. We plan to explore these differences to understand the current changes in spring and summer precipitation distribution.
