Michael N. Evans GloDecH is a research program funded by the NOAA Climate Variability and Predictability Program and conducted at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory. The research program involves a large number of climate scientists at Lamont working on multiple aspects of decadal hydroclimate variability and change including analyses of observations and pre-instrumental records and modeling of past and future climate.
