Won-Young Kim Lamont-Doherty Cooperative Seismographic Network (LCSN) monitors earthquakes which occur primarily in the Eastern United States. The network has been operated since early '70s and consists of four sub-networks with Internet nodes continuously recording digital seismic signals.

consists of four sub-networks with Internet nodes:
- Palisades (node at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, Palisades, NY),
- St. Lawrence (node at Potsdam College of Art & Science, SUNY, NY),
- Lake Champlain (node at Middlebury College, VT),
- Delaware (node at Delaware Geological Survery/Univ. Delaware, DE).
