My research interests are on environmental trace metals, in particular arsenic (As) and lead (Pb). These include analytical methods for trace elements, isotopes and aqueous speciations, application of low level toxic metals detection in geochemical, environmental and health research, environmental chemistry and geochemistry of arsenic and lead, remediation technology and strategies for toxic metals in aqueous environments. I am also broadly interested in environmental, climatic and geologic problems where radiogenic and radioactive isotope tracers and dating techniques are applied.
