Dr. Jacquelyn Bolman is an environmental scientist and the Director of the Indian Natural Resources, Science and Engineering Program (INRSEP) at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California. Dr. Bolman served as Manager of Special Projects/NASA Workforce Development for the South Dakota Space Grant Consortium where she managed Native Connections, a multi-state program to assist Native tribes and communities develop expertise in geospatial sciences with particular emphasis on remote sensing of Tribal lands. Dr. Bolman also served as Director of Multicultural Affairs and Scientific Knowledge for Indian Learning and Leadership (SKILL) at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Dr. Bolman is a member of the Lakota Nation of South Dakota.
