LDEO LADCP battery case and wiring

The internal wiring of the LDEO LADCP battery case has been replaced by an external
breakout cable (see LDEO-ladcp_cable.pdf).  This reduces the complexity of the battery case and
associated wiring, so that only one connector is required on the battery case, the other end
being a blank endcap.  The new cable permits easy deck access to the communications link by 
bringing a pigtail out to the outside of the ctd frame.  Provision is made for a second battery pack,
but no diode protection is built into the breakout, and must be provided at each battery pack.

The cable breakout is supplied by Impulse, based on the wiring diagram provided.
