The workshop will be held on the Columbia University campus in Morningside, in the heart of Manhattan, NY.

The open workshop will take place for three and a half days, from the afternoon of Tuesday September 15, 2015, through the evening of Friday September 18, 2015. Invited speakers and members of the organizing and advisory committee are kindly requested to stay for the morning of Saturday 9/19/2014 for a invitation-only session aimed at planning future activities.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster size should be less than 3'x3' (90cm x 90cm). Posters will be placed on easles, so larger posters cannot be accomodated. Posters will be introduced by the author with a one-slide, 90-seconds presentation. Please prepare and send your slide to us via email ahead of time. We will not be able to accomodate last minute submissions.

DIRECTIONS TO COLUMBIA
Getting to Columbia University is best done by public transit. We are on the #1 subway line; the stop is "116th Columbia University". Full directions are available here
For ground trasportatation into Manhattan from regional airports check the websites of Kennedy (JFK), La Guardia (LGA), and Newark Liberty (EWR).

Tuesday and Wednesday we will meet in Davis Auditorium. Thursday and Friday we will meet in Alfred Lerner Hall (rm 555). Here's a campus map.

We have made block reservations for rooms at 3 Manhattan Hotels. There are only 15 rooms in each, so act soon. NYC hotels are expensive. Other options for housing (closer to Columbia and more modest in both service and price) are listed below.
