Postdoctoral Research Fellow Contact information: Research interests: mineralogy, geochemistry, igneous and metamorphic petrology I am a mineralogist interested primarily in the incorporation and behavior of impurities and trace elements. My completed projects range from experimental work on uranium dioxide corrosion to a computational study of titanium incorporation in zircon as a function of pressure. While much of my Ph.D. centered on nuclear waste management, my current interests are more relevant to igneous petrology and geodynamics. |
