Velocities defined on a 0.5x0.5 degree grid.  Each line of file gives:

Columns 1, 2:  latitude, longitude
Columns 3-5:  basement depth (km), mid-crust depth (km), Moho depth (km)
Columns 6-8:  shear velocity (m/s) in sediment layer, upper crust, and lower crust
Columns 9-11: compressional velocity (m/s) in sediment layer, upper crust, and lower crust
