Automatic USarray Surface Wave Phase Velocity Measurement
Introduction

By applying Automatic GSDF method, we can measure the earthquake surface wave phase velocity without any human interaction. The USarray data from 2006 to present is downloaded using SOD. And the results shown here are updated weekly based to the number of eligiable earthquakes.
We select earthquakes based on the following criterions:
• Epicenter distance between 20° and 160°
• Magnitude over 6.0
• Depth shallower than 50km
By using Helmholtz tomography, each event generates an individual phase velocity map (which is available in the event database) and is stacked into the final result.
