Nouveau depart apres une longue interruption sans rien de vraiment notable, et retour a l'endroit ou j'avais laisse le bateau il y a plus de deux ans. On veut me faire croire qu'il n'est pas simplement reste la, qu'il s'est deplace au moins jusqu'a l'autre bout de l'ile et qu'il y a subi des transformations majeures - mais les seules modifications apparentes semblent avoir ete un rearrangement aleatoire des cabines, des labos et des escaliers. Et la seule amelioration notable est dans la qualite du cafe servi au mess... Quelques jours a singapour, puis debut des essais en mer afin de verifier que ces modifications satisfont leurs objectifs - dont on a perdu l'etendue depuis lontemps. Et avec un peu de chance, on arrive a Honolulu debut mars...

Another start over, after a long break without much to notice or share, and back to the same exact place where we left the ship more than two years ago. I am told that she did not stay in the same location the entire time, that she went as far as the other side of the island and underwent major transformations - but the only apparent changes are merely a random reshuffling of the cabins, labs and stairs. At this point, the only significant improvement is in the quality of the coffee in the galley... A few days in singapore before sailing for sea trials, where we should test that the modifications fulfill their expectations, the extent of which was lost a long time ago. And with a little luck, we'll make it to Honolulu in early march...
