Sans biere ni vin a bord, le cafe prend une importance encore plus grande, et nous avons les moyens de choisir notre mode d'injection prefere. C'est aussi un des rares moyens de preserver une partie de son existence domestique - qu'y a-t'il de plus personnel que de se faire son premier cafe du matin ?
Mon petit cone a un cote amateur a cote de la machine a expresso et de la presse a cafe, mais je maintiens que c'est le seul qui arrive a capturer l'essence de chaque grain et a la delivrer a la bonne concentration. Encore faut il avoir les bon grains, torrefies a point et moulus suffisamment fins - mais il ne m'en reste que 3 kilos pour le dernier mois...

Without beer or wine, coffee becomes even more important, and we have the means to deliver it for aanyone's taste. It is also one of the few ways to keep in touch with our domestic life - is there anything more personnal than brewing your first coffee in the morning ?
My little cone might look amateurish compared to the expresso machine or the coffeee press, but I claim that it is the only one able to capture the flavor of every single grain and to deliver it in the right concentration. But you still need the right beans, roasted the right way (forget about dark), and ground as fine as possible - and I have only 6 lbs left for the last month...
