Lab: Groundwater flow and transport
Introduction.
This lab introduces you to the basic principles of
groundwater flow and transport. You will be able to derive the hydraulic
conductivity of a sandy aquifer, explore basic hydrauli features of a mult-layer
aquifer system and watch contaminants move through the system.
