The workshop is designed to be convenient from the spring AGU meeting in Boston. You should plan to arrive in Wolfville, Nova Scotia on Saturday, June 5th. We have planned on arrival that evening to save on airfare.

Location of Meeting: Wolfville, Nova Scotia is the location for the meeting. It is located on the south shore of the Minas basin, an arm of the Bay of Fundy. It is about 1 hour's drive from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Click here for map of Nova Scotia.

Location at Acadia: The meeting will be held at Huggins Science Hall, on the west side of University Avenue. When you arrive look for signs to the lecture hall which we will have posted.

For those staying at the Old Orchard Inn, we should be meeting up in the lounge when you arrive. You will also need to pick up a packet when you register that will have important meeting information as well as your name tags. Plan to be ready to take the shuttle from the Old Orchard Inn to Acadia University in the lobby of the hotel at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning.

For those with their own cars, or those going to the meeing but not staying at the Old Orchard Inn. Parking is at the Gymnasium Complex, Opposite (to north) of University Avenue, off of Main Street.

Airport: Plan on flying into Halifax International Airport where you will be picked up by van and driven to the Old Orchard Inn in Wolfville We will need your ariival time in order to schedule the van pick up.

Hotel: The official Hotel for the workshop is the Old Orchard Inn in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. There will be vans to transport you to and from the meeting place which is Acadia University, also in Wolfville.
