Works with existing staff on visa renewals and visa status changes. Conducts all types of employee orientation and processes new appointments, appointment renewals and changes for Officers of Research. Handles routine benefits inquiries. Tracks all types of leaves for all types of employees, including Worker’s Compensation. Oversees workplace accident reporting. Provides visa and I-9 support to staff appointed in DEES.

Processes all payrolls (hourly, bi-weekly, add-comp, Sea Pay and Maritime). Serves as system administrator of the LDEO on-line Time & Attendance tracking system.
