this later.
Next open up your printers, by clicking on start/printers.
Then click:

In the add new printer wizard click next. then choose local printer
and uncheck "Automatically detect and install plug and play printers."
and click next.
Then choose Create a new port. and select "standard TCP/IP port" from
the drop down menu. and click next to proceed.
A new wizard should open, click next. Type in the IP address in the
top field. The bottom field should fill in itself. then click next and

the printer.
Now we need to tell the computer what language the
printer understands. (Driver)
A window should pop up. You should go to the printer in question and
find out what make and model it is. then search for it in the list.
If it is not in the list choose "windows update" and it will download some new drivers.
Generally you could use
the PS or Post Script driver, it works the best for fonts and images.
After choosing a driver, click next. You should enter the name of the
printer by its host name. ("domino-lw") Choose whether or not you want
it to be the default printer.
Then click next
On the next page make sure you do _*NOT*_ share the printer. _*Doing
this could render the printer unusable by others*_. click next to
continue.
Make sure yes is selected for printing a test page then click next.
And finally finish. Repeat the steps for other printers.
