The following lists are an attempt to describe services that a computer user on the LDEO campus can expect to receive from the LDEO Computer Support Group. Infrastructure & campus services are available to all without additional charge. Items in the Computer Support list are available to LDEO users at no additional charge and services listed as Direct charge items are available for a fee to LDEO users on a time available basis.
