Installing Digital Certificates in Mulberry for Macintosh
You must already have Mulberry installed on your computer before you try to install digital certificates into the program.
If you have Norton AntiVirus installed on your Macintosh, you will see NAV warning boxes at a couple of points in the download and installation process. In all instances, click Yes.
- Download the Mulberry for Macintosh Certificate Installer. You will see a Stuffit Expander progress window as the installer is downloaded to your Mac.
- Double-cick on the installer, named Install Certs for Mulberry. (You will find it in whatever location you have designated in your browser for holding downloaded files. In most cases, the default location is the Desktop.)
- In the Easy Install window, click Install.
- When the installation is complete, you will see the messsage Installation was successful. Click OK.
What the installer does. The installer copies two certificate files into Mulberry f --> Plug-ins --> CACerts:
- The file 6b8dc02d.0 is the CREN root certificate.
- The file dab14dc7.0 is the Columbia-CREN-CA certificate.
