If you have previously activated your CU UNI account (for use with
RASCAL for instance) and you can remember your password your are all
set and can use this account and it's password to complete the Conflict
of Interest Disclosure Process at http://www.rascal.columbia.edu. Please
remember that your CU UNI account and password are not connected with
your LDEO computer account or its password.

To find your CU UNI account look yourself up in the Columbia web
directory at http://www.columbia.edu/cu/dir.

If you have never activated your CU UNI account go to
http://www.columbia.edu/acis/accounts/create and follow the instructions for
activating your account. You will need your CU ID number or your Social
Security number.

If you have previously activated your account (perhaps years ago) and
have forgotten the password please send email to rgb@ldeo.columbia.edu.
Include your CU UNI account name and request that your password be
reset. The reset process takes about 24 hours and you will be notified
after the reset has occurred. You will then have to go to
http://www.columbia.edu/acis/accounts/create and re-activate your account.
