Science Team Dinner

Please join us for a catered dinner overlooking the Hudson River on the Lamont campus.

Dinner will be held in the Gary G. Comer Geochemistry Building on Wednesday, October 28.

Cocktail hour begins at 6:30 pm, and dinner will follow at 7:30 pm.

Passed Hors d'oeuvres

Spooned Sicilian Caponata: sweet/tart eggplant salad, ciabatta crouton

Mini Mac and Cheese: goat cheese, asiago, garlic bread crust, parmesan frico

Trio of Latkes: Yukon Gold - housemade fuji apple sauce, Sweet Potato - cranberry-red onion compote,

Root Veggie - whipped feta

Cheese Gougeres: savory cheese puff, caramelized onion fondue

Pancetta Fig Truffle: port wine, candied orange zest

Grilled and Roasted Vegetable Lasagna: seasonal vegetables layered with seasoned ricotta, asiago and fresh mozzarella, smoked tomato sauce
