Criteria:
Poor: Performance below the acceptable level. Is not an asset to the group, but a hindrance.
Fair: Performance that barely meets the acceptable level. Is not an asset or a hindrance.
Good: Performance that meets or exceeds the acceptable level. Is a definite asset.
Great: Performance that greatly exceeds the acceptable level. Is not only an asset, but is critical for the success realized by the team.

Dependability The degree to which the person could be counted on to complete tasks both independently and with others
Communication The degree to which the person effectively expressed ideas and opinions to the group, and promoted dialog through good listening and reflection
Working Relationship The degree to which the person effectively worked with others to promote tact, diplomacy and cooperation. Was he/she easy to get along with? Did she/he have respect for othersÕ (time, opinions, abilities, etc.)?
Quality of work The degree to which the person provided a useful product to the group
Quantity of work The relative amount which the person contributed to the groupÕs product.
