The files contain the observations that were used in the
inversions for phase-velocity maps of Love and Rayleigh waves
derived from USArray data for the period 2006-2012 using
noise-tomography techniques. 

The data set and the maps are described in the paper:

There is a separate file for each period and wave type (L or R)
(see Table 1 the USANT12 paper).

Each line in the files contains one phase-velocity observation. 
The columns are:

1. station 1 code 
2. station 2 code
3. station 1 latitude (geographic)
4. station 1 longitude
5. station 2 latitude (geographic)
6. station 2 longitude
7. earthquake-to-receiver distance (km)
8. number of 4-h-long correlation windows in stack
9. period
10. wave type (Love or Rayleigh, L or R)
11. observed phase velocity 
12. phase-velocity uncertainty assumed in inversion
