System crashes in fault trace mode while scrolling, zooming or unzooming.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    System crashes, locks up or core dumps in fault trace edit mode  
            while scrolling, zooming or unzooming the basemap. This is 
            an intermittent problem that can't be duplicated. It occurs on Sun 
            and SGI workstations and it is not project or user specific. 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Get out of fault trace edit mode before scrolling, zooming or
            unzooming the basemap.
          
RESOLUTION: Resolved in GeoFrame 3.1.3.
