Unknown message id #204150999 in data manager facility.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Users may receive the following error message when loading wells 
            from ASCII file:

                         unknown message id 204150999 in data manager facility
                         string truncated

Solution:
1.) Make sure the well name doesn't extend beyond column 34 and the 
     UWI is 30 characters or less.  

2.) Make sure the well name has less than 20 characters.

OR

3.) Make sure there are no blank spaces in columns 51 or beyond.
