Topic:
Load Wells: Incorrect KB elevation when loading well data from an ASCII file.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    When loading well data from an ASCII file, the KB elevation is 
            treated wrong as if it is in meters even though the units are 	
	    correctly set to "FT" in columns 29-30 on the "kb_elev" card.  
	    A conversion factor is applied and the loaded well will have 
	    incorrect KB elevation. 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Specify "F" for feet or "M" for meters.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
