Export: Incorrect amplitudes exported from Synthetics for wells with zero lat/long location

Description:
SYMPTOM:    The amplitudes of synthetics output from a project are 
            different than those input from an ASCII file in the same 
            project if the surface location of the well has zero latitude and  
            zero longitude.         

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Input lat/long for well before exporting synthetic.  
          
RESOLUTION: Fixed for GeoFrame 3.0.
