Topic:
Editing time or phase values gives DB_E_NTRP_ACCESS_INIT_FAILED error.  

Description:
The following error message appears when editing the time or phase values in 
the analyze mistie panel:
 
                         DB_E_NTRP_ACCESS_INIT_FAILED
                         DB_E_NTRP_BAT_FILE_ERROR
                         TOKEN_RECORD_NOT_FOUND

The system hangs after dismissing the error and user has to restart Mistie after
these edits.
 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
