Data Loader: End time does not work.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Data Loader: If the record length on the SEGY tape is 5.0 seconds 
            and the user loads only 3.0 seconds, live samples are loaded to 3.0 
            seconds followed by padded samples to 5.0 seconds.      
 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Override the number of samples/trace in 'Define input format' and
           input total time to load (3000)/sample rate(4) = 750.
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for IESX 10.1.
