Data Loader: Problem with 3D surveys when CDP or Inline origin is not the first loaded CDP

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Data Loader: When loading 3D surveys, the CDP or Inline origin 
            value must agree with the first loaded CDP or inline and its increment,
            otherwise the inlines will have different numbers.         

            For example: If the survey origin is inline 777, but line increment 
            is 2 and first line loaded is 2400, then line 2424 will be annotated 
            as line 2423.  

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.   
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected in IESX 10.1 where the user is not allowed to input an odd 
            value for survey Inline origin if the increment for inline is 2.
            IESX 10.1 was released in December, 1996.
