Sometimes not all fault contacts are deleted with the horizon when deleting faults then horizons

Description:
SYMPTOM:    When deleting faults then horizons, sometimes not all 
            of the fault contacts are deleted with the horizon.      

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.   
          
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0. 
            In 10.0, contacts within 10 pixels of the horizon  
            segment were deleted. Using this criteria, the contacts selected  
            for deletion will change depending on the zoom level. In GeoFrame
            3.0 contacts within one trace width on either side are deleted.
