Grid annotation disappears when survey orientation is rotated from the default.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Grid annotation posts fine when the survey orientation is
            that of the default. However, if the survey orientation is 
            changed, the grid annotation disappears. This affects plots with
            rotated surveys also, as the grids do not plot. 
 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.
           
RESOLUTION: Grid annotation for oriented maps is not supported since the borders
            of the screen may not have any obvious relationship to lat/long or
            X/Y coordinates.
