Problems when Update button depressed instead of Create button for new well appearance sets

Description:
SYMPTOM:    The system (SGI) core dumps or returns a error message  
            (Solaris) if the user, accidentally, clicks the 'Update' 
            button instead of the 'Create' button when creating a well 
            appearance in a project where no well appearances exist.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Caution should be taken when creating a well appearance in a project
            with no well appearances. Make sure to press the 'Create' button
            not the 'Update' one.
           
RESOLUTION: In GeoFrame 3.0, a message will appear to inform the user to create 
            an appearance set if user presses the update button in a project 
            with no existing appearance file.
