Horizons created in Correlation Mapping are not available in Basemap when Basemap is open.

Description:
Horizons created in Correlation Mapping are not available in Basemap when
Basemap is open.

SYMPTOM:    If a horizon is created in Correlation 
            Mapping while a Basemap task is open, the new 
            horizon will not be available in Basemap.  
 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Close the Basemap window and restart it.
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
