Data Loader: Can't use tape stacker on SGI systems.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Data Loader: Can't use tape stacker on SGI systems.
Error received:
 
"Invalid device name. Please check device specification and retry.
 Not a valid tape I/O connection. 
 A fatal unrecoverable error has occurred while outputting to device.
 Connection resources not available."

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.          

RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.

NOTE: In GeoFrame, if using a stacker and still receiving errors, 
then there is a defect on the operating system level on SGI's that
still needs to be addressed by SGI therefore, tapes must be loaded 
one at a time using the sili command (mt -f  sili).
