Data Loader: Loading definition uses 'Expression' if set at 'Trace Header'.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Data Loader: If a user sets up loading definition using
	    expression, then changes it to use trace header, the 
	    program still uses the expression. 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Delete any expressions from the loading definition if 
	    trace header is to be used for loading.
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
