Data Loader: Can't load more than one tape of a 3D survey that is crossline oriented.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Data Loader: Can't load more than one tape of a 3D survey 
	    that is crossline oriented when it is set to load every 
	    other inline and CDP.

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Load the data without decimating the inlines or load each 
	    tape as a separate volume (different classes) then merge 
	    the seismic data.
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
