Load Wells: Driller's TD index toggle for loading well data doesn't work.

Description:
Loaded drillers total depth, and set the loading toggle to 'TVD' and
none of the values loaded in.

Solution:
When you set the toggle to TVD, the total depth value doesn't load...it shows
up as 0, but when you set the toggle to MD, the value loads fine.
 
Corrected in GeoFrame 3.0.
