Intermittent system crash while in Synthetics session.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Synthetics: Intermittent system crash while in a Synthetics  
            session. This is caused by the seismic extent dialog
            not correctly translating the in-line/cross-line to LCS coordinates
            which causes the paths to be generated incorrectly in some cases.  
            The invalid paths lead to memory problems which cause the system
            to core dump later during the session. 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.  
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
