Error posting well on 2D seismic line with no shotpoint location data.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    The following error message is returned if the user attempts to post
            a well on a seismic line that has no shotpoint locations:
                         memory deallocation failed
                         memory buffer has been corrupted
                         well projection failed
                         AUTO memory allocation failed
                         attempt to allocate zero length buffer

Solution:
WORKAROUND: None available.  
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0
