Topic:
Post interpretation on time slices not honoring time window.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    More interpretation is posted on time slices even when the posting
            above and below is set to zero.  All interpretations from the
            existing time slice to half the distance in time to the slice above
            and the slice below are posted. 
 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Generate slices at smaller sample rate (slice increment).  
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0
