Topic:
IESX core dumps if 'Update' is pressed before a well appearance file is created.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    The system core dumps and the data area remains allocated if the
            user, accidentally, presses the 'Update' instead of the 'Create'
            button when attempting to create a well appearance if no well
            appearance file exists in the project.
 

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Caution should be taken when creating a well appearance in a project
            with no existing well appearances sets.  Make sure to press the
            'Create' button not the 'Update' button.
           
RESOLUTION: In GeoFrame 3.0, a message will appear to inform the user to create
            an Appearance Set before an update can take place.
