Topic:
Names of empty seismic classes do not show on the "Change Class" menu.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    DataManager: The names of empty seismic classes do not show on the
            'Change Class' menu. The user can't create a class with a name 
            identical to an empty one even though the empty class does not 
            appear on the list.  
  

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Use a different class name or delete the existing empty class
            (DataManager > Utilities > Delete) then create a new one 
            (using the same name) in the 'Change Class' menu.
           
RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.0.
