Generate2D: Blank traces produced in 2D line generated from traverse with non-zero TFS.

Description:
SYMPTOM:    Creating a 2d line for a traverse generated from a survey with
	    non-zero Time of First Sample produces blank traces.   
  

Solution:
WORKAROUND: Only workaround is to either bulk shift the 3d survey in CSA to
            tfs of zero or reload the data to start at zero, then generate
            your 2d line.
  
NOTE:  Bulk shift or reload the portion where the traverse is located, not the whole survey.
           
RESOLUTION: Somewhat corrected for GeoFrame 3.0, but adds range of dead traces
            on the bottom.
